Although INGKA Foundation is a distinct legal entity, our culture and values are deeply rooted in the same spirit that inspired Ingvar Kamprad and the IKEA community. Originating from the simple and practical ethos of Småland, Sweden, our way of working is straightforward, down-to-earth, and focused on making a meaningful impact for people and planet.
